Dissolved-Ozone-Monitor

A dissolved ozone monitor offers a cost-effective and dependable solution for measuring and controlling ozone in treatment systems. With multiple output options, such as analog signals

(e.g., 4–20 mA), PID control, adjustable relays, and digital communication interfaces, it can be adapted for a wide range of ozone applications.

PortaSens-Portable-Gas-Leak-Detector

This innovative and versatile portable gas detector is a handheld monitor designed for routine leak checks in gas storage areas, around process equipment, along piping, or in confined spaces before entry. It uses an internal pump to accelerate gas detection and enhance safety, and includes alarms as well as data logging capabilities. The advanced sensor is interchangeable between fixed and portable devices and utilizes a pre-calibrated design that requires periodic replacement without the need for calibration, improving efficiency. Designed for convenient one-hand operation, the detector features an internal sample pump and a flexible sampling wand to help pinpoint the exact source of leaks.

Ozone Process Gas Monitoring

This industrial-grade ozone controller and monitor is designed for accuracy, reliability, and ease of installation, setup, and operation.

  • Front panel digital display shows ozone concentration levels.

  • Rugged, splash-resistant enclosure suitable for industrial environments.

  • Easily accessible connection terminals and controls allow setup after mounting.

  • LED indicators provide visual alerts when ozone levels exceed safety limits and for other key operational parameters.

  • Control relay set points are digitally adjustable, allowing precise ozone control even when ozone is not present.

  • Generator failure detection alerts the user if the connected ozone generator is not maintaining the desired set points; this feature can be disabled if needed.

  • “Monitor Mode” allows ozone measurement and limit warnings while disabling generator control and related status indicators.

  • Analog outputs (e.g., 4–20 mA and voltage signals) are compatible with PLCs and other process controllers.

  • Digital serial output enables computer connection, with data output for ozone concentration, temperature, and relative humidity.

This intrinsically safe gas detector is designed for continuous monitoring of a wide range of toxic gases, including ozone, as well as oxygen in ambient air. It is based on a modular platform for flexibility and easy adaptation to different applications. The device communicates with a central control system using a standard 4–20 mA signal

1061 Ozone Monitor

The ozone monitor is designed to measure concentrations from very low ppb levels up to high ppm ranges, making it suitable for both ambient and industrial monitoring applications. It provides high accuracy with a low detection limit, and certain models are certified by regulatory agencies for compliance monitoring.
