1061 Ozone Monitor

The ozone monitor is designed to measure concentrations from very low ppb levels up to high ppm ranges, making it suitable for both ambient and industrial monitoring applications. It provides high accuracy with a low detection limit, and certain models are certified by regulatory agencies for compliance monitoring.

Ozone Monitor

This industrial-grade ozone controller and monitor is designed for accuracy, reliability, and ease of installation, setup, and operation.

  • Front panel digital display shows ozone concentration levels.

  • Rugged, splash-resistant enclosure suitable for industrial environments.

  • Easily accessible connection terminals and controls allow setup after mounting.

  • LED indicators provide visual alerts when ozone levels exceed safety limits and for other key operational parameters.

  • Control relay set points are digitally adjustable, allowing precise ozone control even when ozone is not present.

  • Generator failure detection alerts the user if the connected ozone generator is not maintaining the desired set points; this feature can be disabled if needed.

  • “Monitor Mode” allows ozone measurement and limit warnings while disabling generator control and related status indicators.

  • Analog outputs (e.g., 4–20 mA and voltage signals) are compatible with PLCs and other process controllers.

  • Digital serial output enables computer connection, with data output for ozone concentration, temperature, and relative humidity.
