How to service your AirMaid 2300 Series Ozone Generator
| 1. | Switch off the power supply at the mains. |
| 2. | Insert the key into the recess at the base of the unit and rotate clockwise until the catch releases |
| 3. | Raise the front cover until it clicks into its parked position - thus: |

4. Unplug the electrical connector to the fan and unclip the fan assembly by pressing down on the clips
either side of the fan.

5. Slide the ceramic plate out of its retaining clips and clean thoroughly with an alcohol cleaning wipe or water, if using water
ensure the plate is completely dry after cleaning. If the plate is damaged in any way discard and fit a new one. It is
recommended that the plate is replaced annually to ensure optimum performance.
6. Thoroughly clean the fan assembly paying particular attention to the electrical contacts for the ceramic plate. The fan assembly
may be replaced if it shows any signs of damage.
7. Refit the ceramic plate making sure that the conductor contacts on the fan are in contact with the electrodes on the ceramic
plate.
